  • Implementation of Microsoft Great Plains for a large private investment and property management group. 3,200,000 lines of data were retrieved from JD Edwards for 50 companies. Two licenses of Great Plains were involved of 8 users each; one installation involved 5 companies; the second installation involved 45 companies. Modules included General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Analytical Accounting, Modifier, Integration Manager, and FRx.

  • Implementation of a 10-user system of Microsoft Great Plains for a tribal casino. Two years of data were retrieved from a legacy UNIX system for integration into Great Plains. Modules included General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Purchase Order Processing, Modifier, and Integration Manager.

  • Implementation of a 10-user system of Microsoft Great Plains for a tribal casino. Two years of data were retrieved from a legacy Btrieve system for integration into Great Plains. Modules included General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory, Purchase Order Processing, Requisition Management, Business Portal, Fixed Assets, Modifier, and Integration Manager.

  • Implementation of a 25-user Microsoft Great Plains Edition system in a tribal government including System Manager, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Account Level Security, Multidimensional Analysis, FRx Financial Reporting, Timeline Financial Analyst, Purchase Order Processing, Encumbrancement Management, Control Account Management, Interfund Management, MICR Check Encoding, Excel-Based Budgeting, Transaction-Based Budgeting, Organization Levels, Fixed Assets, and Integration Manager.

  • Implementation of a 55-user Microsoft Great Plains eEnterprise system in a tribal casino after the initial implementation failure by another VAR. Brought the project in on time and on budget with systems for System Manager, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.

  • System design and specification for a custom apparel manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, and sales system interfacing to a financial and payroll system.

  • Implementation of Human Resources and Payroll for an 85-person company currently utilizing Great Plains Edition.

  • Twelve year relationship with a 54-location, privately-owned, pub, brewery, and hospitality chain in the Pacific Northwest owned by 3 corporations. Responsible for design of payables processing to manage 30,000 monthly payables transactions at company headquarters. Successfully deployed Great Plains for use by five of the larger remote locations. Wrote specifications for and successfully deployed the complex custom inter-database, inter-segment, inter-company posting and consolidation process. Over the years, we migrated this company from Great Plains on Macintosh, to Dynamics on Windows and Btrieve, to Microsoft Dynamics GP. Under direction from different CFO’s, we consolidated all data within one SQL database, separated it into 5 databases, and re-consolidated it into one SQL database, while retaining all historical payables and general ledger data.
